With stock internals, whats the most horsepower a supercharged C5 can handle without destroying the motor?

I just had Norris Motorsports install twin Turbos on my stock block 2000 Camaro SS and they advised me not to up the boost over 5 lbs and to keep the shifts under 5000. They said a steady diet of hi rpm shifts will wear out the stock low end. Told me to save up for a stroker!! :)

at the install of the TT I ended up with 486 RWHP and 493 RWTQ and she is a trip to drive!! Love to hear that WISSH ofthe turbos..

I have over 650, but it's not a daily driver and it's an A4 and my shift points and firmness have been altered courtesy of EdWright and More Performance here in Charlotte. If you don't see the track that often it should last a pretty good while. I'm at 7# on my ATI

A tuner I know has found the limit of Hp to be close to 800 fw hp on an LS6 engine. Then it goes boom.....

Me in a c5? Nah, not yet, I'm still missing my C4, I'm just checking out the limits of a C5, you know, incase I was to get one.

Wow, the LS6 can handle some crazy HP :cool:
