C5 Windows won't go up Help!
My 2000 C5 convertible Windows won't go up What's my next step

Need a little more info like is it both door switches not working? Best place to start is disconnect the negative battery terminal for 30 minutes. Is there a window valet plugged into your data OBD plug?

Yes not working on either door. Nothing is connected to the plug in module. The mirror and seat mechanisms still work

If you connect a scan tool will the windows respond to the tool commands?

Try jiggling the driver's side according tub from the door to body. The connection in the tube sometimes becomes loose.
