C5 Knock Sensor Issues
I'm dealing with an issue on my 2001 Corvette that's throwing the codes P0327 (Knock Sensor 1 Circuit Low Input, Bank 1 or Single Sensor) and the corresponding code for the other knock sensor as well. I can clear the codes, but after about 20 miles of driving, the check engine light comes back on. This leads me to believe that its a wiring issue.
I don’t believe the engine is actually knocking, but I can provide a video of it running if that would help diagnose the problem.
Where should I start? My initial thoughts are to either replace the knock sensors or inspect the wiring (though the wiring could be a pain to diagnose). I’ve read online about common issues with these sensors, including defective replacements. If replacing the sensors is the way to go, does anyone have recommendations for reliable brands to avoid the defective ones? Also note that the car is in storage and does not need to run soon, so a longer route is possible too.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Edit: I am running 91, previous owner was running 87
