Default AC cutout at idle

First, im not a tuner. Way out of my league with tuning these cars.

I have an 02 Z06 mild cam. Cam was done about 4yrs ago and the car runs great and pulls hard. A few years ago i noticed the AC cutting out at idle. I dont drive it a ton, so it is possible it started right after the cam. AC blows good and cold above 1krpm. Idle is 800-900. Compressor cuts off below 1k (ish), light turns off and you can here it cutoff and reengage with RPM (sort of a click sound). This week i finally decided to get it looked at. As we have since moved away from the shop that did the cam, i took it somewhere else (Corvette Masters in the Orlando area). They informed me that the AC cutoff (??) needs adjusted in the tune and they dont do it there. I contacted the shop that did the tune and he seems VERY suspicious that it would be his tune, caliming he never has to adjust the cutoff.

So a few questions from there...

one; is this a thing? Does this sound plausible (ac cutoff).
Two; Do i need to try and get the origional shop to send me the file? Or can another tuner take care of it as is?
Three; Any tuner recomendations in North Orlando area? Corvette masters sends their stuff to someplace in tampa...not close or convenient.

Its stupid hot here in the summer and i cant take another summer sweating at redlights!

....and you have evaluated your system with a set of gauges and found it serviced properly?

On a normally function a/c system, these are the a/c shutoffs I am aware of:
1. Discharge high side pressure too high - this is in the 400 psi range.
2 Discharge high side pressure too low - this is in the 40 psi range.
3. Engine rpm too high - I don’t recall the value but it is before engine red line.
4 There may be a throttle position WOT shut off too.

The easiest way to check out condition 1 is to watch the high side pressure with a gage set. No way it should be anywhere close to 400 psi except under extreme hot weather and extended city traffic like idle.
