Fueling issue
Hey guys , recently I’ve had some issue with my 2001 , on the process of tuning with E85 on a Fitech manifold, GPI cam, headers and ported 243’s I was logging up to 90% duty cycle on the LS3 injectors , so I decided to swap them out for some bigger ones and I chose the Fitech 550cc injectors which I had at the shop, after swapping them out I did modify the file for the new flow rate , started the car up and then it was reviving at around 3000Rpm and go back down but with 20+ AFR on the wideband , I was like WTH, decided to swap back the LS3 and STILL same issue on the old file, car was already tuned for those injectors and it was good , (honestly I didn’t check the o rings) I’m gonna go ahead and buy some new o rings and try that , it wasn’t leaking any fuel and fuel pump was reading 60-62psi, what do you guys think I should also check ? Any ideas or tips ?
