higher is richer, but there is no stoich number with production O2's. They just aren't accurate enough. The range is 0-900, so keep it in the higher range until you can get onto a wide band O2
The range goes much higher than 0.900, values over 1.0 can be had.
Anyways, you'll want to shoot for anywhere between .850 and .900, but as said above, the o2's arent that accurate. I log my O2's on a wideband dyno so I can see what mV relate to what A/F ratio. You can do the same on yours if you have access to a dyno with wideband.
So, by putting on my FLP's I leaned out my mixture (quite severly, I might add-O2=450 mV). How do I use the Predator to richen up my mixture? The only adjustment I saw was the one for WOT. Even at idle I am way too lean. I can't believe I wasn't getting any detonation.
Your 02's are useless at idle dude. The only readings you need to pay attention to are WOT o2 readings because at idle and part throttle the O2's are bouncing back and forth between hi/low.
If you actually were doing .450 at WOT you probably would have detonated the motor to death by now. ;)
