Default Mod-Neutral? '99 FRC, if I remove...

I have a '99 FRC with no options - no fog lights, just the charcoal-colored fill-in in the fascia where the fog lights would be.

Would it be modification-neutral if I took these out while installing Z06 screens? Slight benefit? Slight disadvantage?

Beneficial...especially if you have an open air box setup, ie. Donaldson. It will feed cool air into the filter area as prescribed by GM for the Z06.
