This is the same shock that set new track times at the Famed Nubergring and is standard on all Z18 , Z16 editions . The Part numbers are GM PART # 10339945 (Rear Shock) GM PART # 10339944 (Front Shock). This is an easy install to any C-5/Z06 1997- 2003 Corvette.

Thanks for the reply on control arm bushings. I would also like any information on spring rate for front and rear 04 Z06 suspension springs, and part numbers.

I just put a set of these shocks on my '99 coupe. The poor car had the F45 shocks on it. Things weighed at least 30 lbs. total. After a 635 mile circuit of my favorite road trip I can report that these shocks are FANTASTIC! Firmer yet smoother, lighter yet much more dominant, creating a Corvette ride of a quality I had dreamed of. FE1 springs remain for now without want.

I'm jealous that some of you C5 owners have been enjoying this type of ride quality all along. The $333.00 price is incredible and unfortunately much less than I paid. Grab all you need at that price. Note though, the unlowered ol' F45 car sits a bit higher after the shocks.
