20-30+ HP recommendation?
I did the SLP roller rockers, with a modest 8 hp gain & 10 torque.
I'd still like to get a little more.
I'm thinking a cam....
Still have stock LS-1 heads. Any recommendations?
Or will I have to go back to the stock rockers to use one?
The SLP's are 1.85's but I think they are basically stock ones with the roller tip.
Springs were changed & titanium retainers & keepers as well..
What would be a good baby or mild cam to get some hp & torque throughout the range that would work with the stock heads the the new roller rockers?

Definately a CAM and an Underdrive Pulley while your doing the cam since it is right there any way. Cam 25-30 rwhp and Pulley 8 rwhp, together at least 35 rwhp if you get a decent cam. :cheers:

Stop playing with that 12.0 line. Stay right where you are or got bigger.
A cam is going to give you 50 hp at a cost of $1500 - $22500 so forget it. You will need the bar as you will run 11 for a far chunk of the season.
Take 100 pounds out of the car. It is free and worth 10 hp.

You only got 8hp at the wheels from changing the rockers ratio ??? Everyone who has done it posts an average gain of 20rwhp acrross the board . :confused: Did you change anything else ? What are your cam specs ?

Chris Endres does the exact same mod in his book ( LS1/LS6 Performance ) & posted dyno sheets. The gain was exactly 20rwhp & 13 rwtq. From 3500 rpm way up to the rev limiter. :seeya
