Re: Cartek 2X REV2 Install almost done. (fstvette)
Nice package I want to see some real 1/4 times. Some place other than Englishtown when its 40 degrees. That track has to be one of the fastest in the country that is where Muscle Mustangs does all their unbelievable runs. I'm not bashing the product just want to see some results in normal weather at a normal track. If you get 10's @ 126~~ I will be very impressed or even run 126 mph in the 1/4 is impressive for a heads and cam, and bolt on car. Please keep us informed.
Dude, you need to do your homework. Brent was running high 10s I believe or a very low 11 at over 125mph in Florida over a year ago at the Breathless Shootout

High 10s is right and that was with a very old setup. Brent is now using the stage 3 setup  and contiunes to have impressive times to back it up. My 1 year old setup did pretty well this year too ;)

DUDE, I did my homework. By the way low 11's and mid 10's is the kind of diffrence I'm looking for. 125mph to 130mph is a big diffrence, Car's that only have ~460rwph and weigh ~3300 with driver don't run 130mph in the 1/4 around here when its 70 - 80 degrees. I want to see what it would run if I were to buy the kit and put EVERYTHING on it that Dave lists (except 410's) because I would want a 150 N20 shot on top of it too make it fast. 125-130mph isn't fast enough around here on the street. This is Lingenfelter land and the slow stuff runs 130mph in the 1/4. I just want to be clear I'm not bashing the product I think it's one of the best heads and cam packages I just want to see someone run the package that isn't in the New Jersey crew.

Your still not understanding all the specifics of the package, if you did our times make perfect sense. Hell my 1 year old setup will run 10s when its 80 degrees outside. When I get the new stage 3 setup done I expect to be in the 10s no matter what the weather is like. Also I think brent is putting down a little more than 460...more like in the 480s with the new setup. Now to clarify everything back in florida last year brent ran a 10.9 with a setup that at the time was almost a year old. Now this year he ran their current setup and has the times to back up the hp. No need to question the package.
