I believe that once you exceed an injector duty cycle of 80%, you should go to larger injectors. It is not that they won’t work correctly above the 80% level, they will. However, most tend to agree that reliability of the injectors is compromised.
With a Blackwing, WCC MAF, and LS6 intake, I make 325 rwhp running very lean at WOT. Ease traces also showed that I was exceeding 80% duty cycle, at times, on the stock injectors. The following month when my H/C was done, I switched to SVO 30# injectors. They work well for me and are cheaper than other alternatives :cheers:
