Default My Pcm is crazy!

I was getting my car tuned on the dyno yesterday and none of the changes seem to work. The rev limiter was set to 7000 but fuel was cut at 6200. The timing and fuels trims were all screwed up and I still dynoed 390 to the wheels with 9 degrees of knock and ~ 20-25 advance. My idle would not change to 950 so I could barely keep it alive at idle.

I am flashing it back to stock today and will have it reprogramed by lunch.

Anyone else experience this when using LS1 edit?

Any previous tuning? Sure you have ALL the LS1Edit updates?

I told people the same thing and most people said theLS-!Edit couldn't change, but it did.I don't know the reason, but at leastsome one else is experienceing the same thing.I read somewhere that a few computers could be reprogramed, but would revert back to the original program.Unfortunately,I don't remember where I read the article,or who wrote it,but I DO believe you. :flag

make sure you reset the fuel tables after you upload a new tune that way the comp can start learning the new ones. I have been told it takes anywhere from 30 to 50 miles for the comp to completely adapt to the new settings.

I think the tables are messed up. He would change something and it would go the other way. He changed my rev limiter to 7K and it would hit it at 6200.

I think I am just going to start over with a fresh flash!
