The head light motors get their power from the under hood fuse center and is controled by fuse/s:
(Head light motor left), mini fuse#4
&
(Head light motor left) mini fuse# 3
Both motors are controlled by the Headlamp Opening Door Actuator Control Module which is behind the RH headlight door assembly. You have to raise the light and gain access to it from under the car by removing the brake cooling duct.
The ground wire for that module is G-102 and it is located on the passengers frame rail just aft of the headlight assembly. The modules are known to go bad BUT,, I would check the fuses again and then examine the ground to make sure it is making good contact. If you loosten the ground be sure to soak it in penetrating oil prior to loosing it or it could snap off.
The only other things in the circuit that could be bad is the headlamp switch and the motors themselves.
