I did the muffler delete and had new tips welded on and I want to quite it down some

If you still have the original mufflers and pipes, why not change the tips and do the bypass modification? I'd expect my local muffler shop would charge a bit for both, but still less than a full cat-back. It seems I recall reports that full muffler removal results in cabin drone going down the road, but do not recall the bypass mod having the same results. If you don't still have the stock pipes, they sure seem to come up all around the country on the parts page.
