Default ls-1 cracked cylinder wall (need advice)

Guys,

I need your input on this one. I have a ls-1 that i removed from my 98 vette due to a crack in the cylinder wall that was caused by a washer that was left loose in the intake by some idiot that worked on the car prior to my ownership. Well i would like to fix that cylinder wall be on the engine but i am wondering if anyone has ever resleeved one cylinder given the damage that this washer caused. If anyone has any info on this procedure or had the unfortunate incidint happen please post your expirience. By the way after removing the cylinder sleeve is has a ribbed design which appears to screw into the block (never seen this before i thought all sleeves were pressed in). The engine is currently for sale on ebay and you can see pictures on this site

Thanks,
Ralph
