Default 100 BHP per liter?

Do you think that with the right mods, a corvette could be make over 500 rwhp (without increasing engine size or adding forced induction) and still be streetable?

Can it? Yes, it has. I believe LG has gotten 520-530rwhp out of a stock shortblock.

However I don't think it'd be very streetable.

A vette, may not be streetable with 100bhp/liter, but many cars with smaller engines have acheived this. EVO, WRX, S2000, Audi TT, Talon/Eclipse, RX-7(depending on the formula you use for displacement), RX-8, and I'm sure there's a lot more.

These are pretty sporting cars, but regular Honda's made this level of power too. The B16 in the Civic Si and Del Sol was a 1.6 putting out 160 hp. The B18C5 in the Integra Type-R was a 1.8 putting out 195 hp.
