[Z06] Vredestein Sessanta tires - anyone heard about these ?

Just ordered mine today! I had PS2's on the car, and although I liked them a lot, I just can't see spending nearly $2000 for tires (including mounting and balancing). The Vreds are half the price, and if they are everything you guys say they are, I will be very happy! Thanks.

I have these tires on my 98 Vette
I bought my first Vette in July, Vredsteins 18s in front and 19s on the rear. I like them and would get them once mine are worn, also would recommend them to others. Grips great wet or dry, low noise, corners well and looks great too!

So, are there any 'recent' comments to be added about these tires?
I'm getting ready to buy tires for my car, and found these Thanks to magnoman in the C5 Tech forum dated 03-02-2014.

I just put them on my Z06. I put about 1200 miles on them so far. Good tire less road noise than the f1's. Good in the rain. Taking it to the drag strip once the weather clears up. Also the tires are feeling stickier as the weather warms up.

You'll be very happy. Aside from all the good points I'm also getting great mileage, at least 32,000 at this point and I don't need new ones yet. I'll get them again. Order them from Fairmount Tire in L.A., ask for Brad. Mention the forum too. Great prices shipped. 323-750-2840. I have to endorse him because he gave me fantastic prices when I bought my first set. I just ordered a new rear today because a rear was terminally damaged and I needed a replacement. He helped me with a price including shipping to NJ that was considerably cheaper than buying locally. And he had it in stock. Local tire stores had to order it and the national HQ of Vred is in NJ. BTW, I run 265/35-18 and 295/35-18. I love these tires. I put my original wheels with Goodyears on so I could drive my car today and it's amazing how much worse it drove.
