Z06 ALIGNMENT Specs are HERE!
As per GM from GM printout as follows:
Here's the key based on the Hunter machine...
The GREEN zone will show acceptable numbers within parameters, anything outside them will be in red.
Your GOAL is to be the MIDDLE of ALL parameters on all 4 wheels.
If this cannot be accomplished, try to get as close to middle number as possible while staying in the green (acceptable) zone.
LEFT & RIGHT FRONT:
Camber: Specified Range: -1.2 to -0.2 Optimal: -0.7
Caster: Specified Range: 6.4 to 7.4 Optimal 6.9
Toe: Specified Range: 0.15 to 0.25 Optimal 0.20
FRONT
Cross Camber: Specified Range: -0.5 to 0.5 Optimal: 0.0
Cross Caster: Specified Range: -0.5 to 0.5 Optimal: 0.0
Total Toe: Specified Range: 0.30 to 0.50 Optimal: 0.40
LEFT & RIGHT REAR
Camber: Specified Range: -1.2 to -0.2 Optimal: -0.7
Toe: Specified Range: -0.06 to 0.05 Optimal: -0.005
REAR
Total Toe: Specified Range: -0.11 to 0.09 Optimal: -0.01
Thrust Angle: Specified Range: -0.10 to 0.10 Optimal: 0.00

Hmmm,
I set my Z06 up like this:
Fronts :
-2.0 Camber
6.0 Castor
-.0625 Toe (Toe out)
Rears:
-1.4 Camber (as far as factory settings would allow)
+.0625 Toe (toe In)
This was based on reccomendations from a freind.
I found this setup caused the car to understeer a bit more than I liked and I think my next alignment I'll keep it the same except lose the toe in up front and go a little lighter on the camber front and rear.

Hummmm, not too sure about that... All I know is that my car is DEAD on the Optimal specs as I posted above... I am right on Optimal, inbetween all parameters. My final #'s are :
LEFT/RIGHT FRONT
Camber: -0.7
Caster: 6.9
Toe: 0.20
FRONT:
Cross Camber: 0.0
Cross Caster:-0.0
Total Toe: 0.40
LEFT/RIGHT REAR
Camber: -0.7
Toe: -0.005
REAR:
Total Toe: -0.01
Thrust Angle 0.00
LEFT/RIGHT FRONT
Camber: -0.7
Caster: 6.9
Toe: 0.20
