C6 Z06 Wheels On My C5 Z06?
I have a buddy who just put new wheels on his '06 Z06 and I have a chance to buy his stock ones. Will they fit my '01 Z06? I think they will look cool painted black (my car is silver). What is a good price to offer?

They'll stick out a bit up front and out back - but they fit just fine. Below is a pic of a C5Z with C6Z wheels:

Did you need spacers for the back wheels?

That's not my car - just one I found with the OEM C6Z wheels on it.

I saw a post a few months back showing a gray set on a yellow C5Z that looked great.

That's Miguels car (he's a buddy of mine) - those wheels are replicas (18x9.5f / 19x11r) with C5Z offsets. They do look nice

I may just hold out for a set like his. This is the look I want on my car. I was hoping to save a few bucks on my friend's stock ones don't want fitment issues. Thanks for posting the photo, that is the exact one I was talking about.

'04 Machine Silver
I'm no tire/wheel guy, you could post in the "General Vette", "Wheels and Tires" and get a good answer, but the way I understand it you will have fitment issues.

I do too, on any other color than silver. I am currently checking on getting the lips machined/polished to break up the gray a bit and putting the stock wheels back on. I might even powdercoat the centers black...just not sure.

what offsets from that site?
18x9.5 +57?
19x11 +64?
better to run 18/19 or 18/18? in terms of traction control and active handling not acting up..

Here's one of mine from yesterday. Just got it lowered on stock bolts this past Saturday.
I have the exact same wheels that Miguel had. Comp Grey-18x9.5 up front and 19x11 in the rear.
