At least I started the thread right...
One last question before I finish squeezing the trigger...
Do C6 Z06 shocks have the same stroke length as the C5 Z06 shocks??
Thanks in advance and I swear this will mean I am done with the horse...

GM Parts House has them for cheap right now and it says that they work on C5s with no modifications. I guess that doesn't necessarily mean they have the same travel though.
