[VIDEO] Junkyard Dog on the dyno, 01 Z06
We had a little dyno day here in SE Va today. Jeff (aka Junkyard Dog) has his bone stock 2001 Z06 on the dyno. 2 runs back to back.
1st pull was 335.8HP/345.9TQ SAE Corrected
2nd pull 334.9HP/346.1TQ SAE Corrected
It was raining all day and about 45 degrees out. Enjoy.
Here is the little video clip of the first run.

Re: [VIDEO] Junkyard Dog on the dyno, 01 Z06 (fastzr1)
That's the biggest torque number I've seen on a bone stock 01. Usually the 01 rwhp and rwtq are within one or two of each other. On Junkyard Dog's car torque is 10-11 higher. That's really unusual. Any drag strip times on this car??

Ranger,
Sorry, no strip times yet. So far she's just a cone killer, not sure if I want to do the drag thing. I really enjoy drag racing as a spectator, but still waiting for the driving bug to bite. Thanks for asking, I was pleasantly suprised with the numbers the car put down.
Oren,
Yes, now it's time to start with the mods. the car will be one year old in two weeks and over due for some upgrades. I think Next week I will start with the ripper I got for Christmas. Let the games begin! :chevy :D

I took my 2001 Z06 to the dyno last saturday(Speedworks in Lewisville,TX), and armed with a Donaldson, I put down 360 rwhp and 363 rwtrq....
