The more I talk about mods and horsepower Im beginning to go back to my initial thoughts of a supercharger which some of you suggested. Still some headers to go with it and a tune. I do love the sound of a cam but a supercharger might be thew best value. Lets think about it. Cam, heads, to get say 80 rwhp. Now if i ever wanted to sell the car to get new I have a modified car which turns some people off. For those that dont care and are looking they dont want to pay extra for the mods. In either case I might be out say 3000 unless I want to take everything off. Now buy a supercharger for 5500. Just take it off and resell for 3000 or use it for next car. Much easier to take off. At most loose 2500 instead of 3000 and get more power while you have it.

You got me sold on it. Hell buy a used supercharger and you will take even more sting out of it. Some of the #'s I've seen for a supercharger are like 475rwhp. So, probably the equivalent of a H/C bolt on car or in the ballpark.

There are a ton of folks that worked LS6 heads and after that swapped them out for reseller's exchange ones. They got somewhat more out of it, yet until you pull out all the stops with everything else, the increases will be little.
