I need new tires for my Z. I've been checking Tire Rack and other places and wondering if any of you have seen Continental offer rebates like other tire manufacturers like Michelin, Goodyear, Dunlop, etc.

Wondering if I can save a few bucks through a rebate.

I have seen Conti offer rebates in the past ... typically in the springtime

Seems like most of the tire co's do this for slow selling and discontinued models.

Probably not on the best sellers.

You would probably do well to wait until late March or early April. Season specials usually start about that time, and who knows. Maybe you might get a good deal on Contis or another brand.

Actually, I think they do it more on price. For example, PS2's qualify for the Michelin rebate.

Just saw this. I think Continental usually don't have cash back rebates.

I got some DW to replace the Hankook v12 on my bmw and they are such an improvement it's not even funny. Hankooks were terrible. The contis had great grip wet and dry.

Haha I got the free Tomtom as well! I rarely have any use for it, but no matter... these tires are just wonderful so far. I got them late last year, so I've not had a full summer to really test them out. They're pretty decent in the cold weather and overall seem to be pretty close to the PS2s I replaced (just couldn't justify the PS2 price this time around).
