Thought I'd share my results of the Eibach kit for my Z
I have run it over some bumpy roads last couple days and has settled
Front bolt is all the way in( has shorter rubber ) and rear bolt was 1/4 longer than I had the Oem bolts set
( with two threads showing on Oem bolt )
Measurements are from ground to fender
Running stock z06 size PS2

Front : 26 1/4
Rear : 26 3/4

Update: I don't have to take apart the interior to get to the HUD. It was just set way too low. Awesome.

Is that your G8 too??? One of the best bang for your buck muscle/sports cars ever produced. I also had a GTO 4 speed - meh, loud? yep. Comfy interior? YOU BET! Fast? sorta. Handling? negative. Lightweight? double negative. G8 > GTO fo sho

Installed XS Power exhaust. Fitment isn't complete yet, but will be made perfect.

Before with stock Ti (bypass) exhaust:

Pulled the transaxle, torque tube to address the pilot bearing and will be going thru the TT to address the input shaft damage. Also the motor mounts, and diff mount. Surprising after doing this a few times it's not all that hard.

Installed stainless braided brake lines and flushed the system. Use the turkey blaster method to change the clutch fluid. Discovered a broken front sway bar link so changed both those out. Adjusted the parking brakes. Changed oil and filter. Installed a CAGS delete.

Yesterday, I changed out the original valve springs to a new set of blue LS6 springs. Changed spark plugs and wires. Fixed the center console latch.

The day before that I hopefully fixed water leaks at the top corners of the doors with 3M rope caulk.

I am tired now.

Washed, clay bared, polished, then waxed. Then took for a drive while it was clean. Next is to replace the belts and change the trans and diff fluids then the car will be tip top.

I used Meguiar's Ultimate Wash car soap. Then Mother's clay bar. Then Adam's 3 step polishing system from a few years ago with a Porter Cable random orbit polisher. Followed up by Meguiar's cleaner wax. I used Adam's Super VRT on all the outside trim and tires. I also used the VRT on the interior which gives a nice sheen. Really rejuvenated some of the dullness of the interior.

Just picked up recently. Cleaned it up a little, changed the oil. Not sure whether to tackle wheels or driver's seat first.
