[Z06] who makes rear diffusers for C5?

The Z06 has a small aero disadvantage from what I read. The coupe is slightly better. As Tom noted though comparing the two doesn't work unless you install the same drive train. Then the only difference is body panels.
That said as to the earlier comment it sounded like it means don't bother with aero. That is most certainly not the case. Small splitter or lip spoiler makes a difference. Full on splitter and full wing is big on any C5. Get the wing up at the roof line into clean air and you might be surprised just how much downforce a 60" single wing can make.
The undertray stuff is the last thing due the the headache of getting a setup that works. Once you add a front undertray you just added more changes to support it. Like converting the C5 to a front breather instead of a bottom breather.
If you're building it to be functional on a street car it will be a parking lot and driveway nightmare. It's good for track only.
I wish I could find a fabricator around here that would actually build my mounts for me. It's all custom work...

Then I'll say it for you. Looks rediculous and probably isn't very functional.
Just throwing it out there as it was an answer to a question, it's up to the individual to decide if it's for them or not.

cars look dated compared to modern sportcars. Chrome & Carbon make a nice one but no one in the US has the ***** to replicate it in either fiberglass or carbon fiber.

you need to purchase the whole bumper for the chrome and carbon one. Already asked. Not cheap. Already painted the care when i discovered it. Maybe in the future. They are out of Abu Dabi. Didnt want to ask what the shipping was gonna be.

The younger crowd thinks every sports car chould have a rear diffuser, but I think the C5 looks silly with it. The Chrome/Carbon one is the best one of a generally bad idea. 'Course, this from a guy that likes the little lip spoiler, and BSMs, so....grain of salt.

Well alot of the newer sports cars and exotics have diffusers not interested in the race car looking ones. Just trying to modernize the looks to go with the performance of the car. Not looking to spend twice as much on a C6 for a few modern pieces (rear diffuser, headlights come to mind).
