Silver and black z's, lots of pics
Was a nice day out, so was able to get some pics finally. Black one used to be mine, but sold it to my roommate. Ignore the dumb stickers; put them on for a track day and never took them off.

Thanks.
The black car has painted wheels, the silver one has plastidip'd wheels. The plastidip peeled off in a few places after having the tires changed, but overall it holds up nicely. Definitely want to get them powdercoated at some point.

I love pictures like these...just goes to show the Z06 has the sexiest *** of any Corvette. I still can't figure out why GM hasn't brought back the notchback look. (Pretty sure the C7 won't have it...)

I was qouted 100 a wheel for PCd but had to have them sand blasted and then paint the center cap to match.

Thanks! The silver one is an '02. Plastidipping the wheels only took about 2-3 hours all together, and most of that was waiting in between coats.

Awesome and thanks for sharing the pics.
I'm partial to silver and I love the black wheel look on them also.
What lowering method was used on the silver C5Z exactly if you don't mind me asking?? Thanks!!

Stock bolts with cut bushings. That paired with Bilstein Sports and the ride is pretty good, besides scraping on absolutely everything. The black car is an 04 lowered on stock bolts too, but non-cut bushings. The silver one also has tires with slightly thicker sidewalls, so it fills in the gap a little more.
