Default Question for Hankook Ventus V12 evo K110 Owners

I've noticed over the last year that a number of CF C5 owners have purchased Hankook Ventus V12 evo K110 tires. Now that you've had time to put some miles on them, I have a question as to their behavior. Meaning, as you drive down a road do the tires seem to want to follow every dip and groove in the pavement or do they track straight? Could you take your hands off the steering wheel (briefly) and feel confident they won't pull to either side if you run over uneven pavement? I'm interested in purchasing a set of these tires but don't want to have to fight the wheel like I did with the Goodyear run-flats. Thanks for your reply!

I'm not certain about the K110 part but I have Hankook Ventus V12's in stock sizes and love them.

If your car is tramlining, you may need an alignment. Mine was horrible before I did three things all at once. New tires (Hankooks), an alignment, and C6Z06 sway bars.

Now it's rock solid on grooves and whatnot, no tramlining or wandering whatsoever.

I have just over 20k miles on mine, and they are great! Mine is a DD, and I couldn't be happier with them.

I have the Ventus EVO K110s on mine and love them. Car tracks straight, rides smooth and handles very well. I'd recommend them - heck of a tire for a very good price.

you should have the alignment done every time you change tires. different tires will have varying degrees of flex and adjust toe. if your car turns really quick you're almost certain to have toe out....which i personally love in the front but it can be a bit darty for some folks

get the firestone lifetime alignment if you're keeping the car awhile and set the car up with oem c5z specs if you want a tame but still sporty feel to it

My old runflats followed grooves in the highway big time. It was really a white knuckle experience. The Ventus V12 Evos do not at all. They track very straight. The one thing you will notice though within the first 10 seconds is that the soft sidewalls will feel really squishy compared to the rock hard runflats. Overall though, they are a great tire for the money. Good handling with a great looking tread pattern all at a great price. You should be able to get 20k miles out of them too.
