spark plugs and spark plug wires??
What spark plugs and spark plug wires should I use in my '00 z28? Would they be the same as the ones I'd use on my 04z as well?
I'd like to retain the stock wires if I can. I've never changed spark plugs before, do you guys think I could reuse the stock wires? If not, where is the best place to buy replacement stock LS1/LS6 wires?
what about Chevrolet Performance Spark Plug Wires 12495519 ?
What gap should I use, both cars are stock and not looking to upgrade power at all.
Thanks

you don't gap iridium, the delco 41-110 is a favored plug
a real OE fit, ohm, feel wire would be the denso 6718056 or delphi xs10547
not a good idea to re use 10 year old wires. they often devolop cracks when removed, can leak energy and often it's not hard to pull them apart

I use Denso Iridium Power in both my Z06es and my C4 ZR1, the IT-22 to be exact. Been using them for a number of years in two of those three and they've performed well and had great durability.
I use MSD Super Conductor plug wires exclusively because 1) low resistance and high-supression and 2) outstanding durability. The set I have on my 2004 has been there since 2005. Every couple of years, I take them off, inspect them and measure their resistance. So far, each time, I just put them back on.
