Mcleod RXT...
Picked up my car today from having diff rebuilt, TT rebuilt, swapped out my Mantic ER2 for the McLeod RXT dual clutch. To be clear there was nothing wrong with the Mantic.. It served me well for what it was.
The RXT however is "butter" smooth.... It is hard to believe that this thing holds 1000rwhp and engages like it does... Granted, I have only put maybe 30 mi on it... I am looking forward to testing it at some of the 1/2 mi events coming up...
I would highly recommend this clutch!

I would highly recommend this clutch!
I've been running an LS7 clutch with 1.5 60ft with no problems but plan to go with the RXT if it ever does go out on me.

good to hear, I ended up with the RST instead, didn't want to "over-clutch". love it also.
I had a Textralia 6 puck before, I hated it for all 70k miles, it held, but chattered forever. no more pucks for me

sorry man not sure how I missed this but me thinks it was install error and it wasn't by me. I installed my rxt myself and I'm loving this clutch so far.
Before any hardcore driving on the street or strip is done, breaking in the clutch is encouraged. When the clutch is brand new, you need to be sure it is grabbing across the full area of the disk. With a few engagements, you should be able to tell. McLeod Racing encourages everyone to drive 500 miles (non-highway) in order to break in the surface of the disks. After that, the clutch will be broken in and ready for any type of driving you can handle.
