C5 z06 Vortech Supercharged/Serpetine squeal
Every time I start up my Z it squeaks loud at idle and get louder when driving. I recently replaced the belt TWICE because chevy dealership didn't properly put on my belt on the first time which caused my harmonic balancer to break with the belt. Any tips on what it could be?

Take the drive belt off the serpentine and see if it still squeaks, if it does then you can rule that side out.
If it's the main serpentine there have been threads about how to check pulley alignment with a laser.
Here's a good thread about it: https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...right-way.html

It could potentially not be the main belt, it could be the a/c belt, idler, or tensioner. I had squeaking like that and it was the A/C.

That balancer is definitely wobbling. Time to change it. The local autoparts store has one cheaper than the dealer (stock replacement) and they are just as good. Some people upgrade to an ATI SuperDamper which is the best but it depends on your budget.
Since it has a blower that means the existing balancer is pinned. You will need to get a pin drilling kit and drill the new balancer.
Here's a drilling kit and it comes with a New crank bolt which you will need.

Here's a link to the ATI Damper look halfway down the page. Look for the LS version. http://www.atiracing.com/products/da...s/damchevy.htm

thanks ill have that replaced and order the damper because I really don't want to run into this problem again. It's difficult looking for a shop down here in San Diego because there's not a lot . I use to go to one in Orange County but it's almost 2 hour drive for me in traffic. Chevy dealership charged me close to 2 grand to "fix" my harmonic balancer &a belt that they Misaligned and I seen this when I went to pick up my car and replaced my battery at autozone so I took it back after I replaced my battery.
