^^ is an example on why even turns aren't good enough and why he measured. passenger front needs to come up 1/4"and passenger rear about 1/8th to 1/4"

unless you're a really big guy in which case this may be close. most the time the driver side settles 1/8th to 1/4

Really big guy? Depends on definition of really big. I'm more svelte...LOL

I'm going to see if I can lower DF and raise PR to get it as close to Pfadt reccomendations. What are thoughts on their alignment specs as well, street only car no track time?

Performance Street
Front min max
Camber (deg) -0.7 -0.9
Caster (deg) 7.5 8.5
Toe -1/16" 0
Rear
Camber (deg) -0.4 -0.6
Toe -1/16" 0
Notes
These settings will provide good performance and good tire wear

Final measurements and I'm pretty happy with this both in terms of ride and looks. The ride improved the closer I got to these measurements so I'm stopping here. Will drive it for 75 miles or so then get it aligned. Don't think I'll get much better than this.

DF 27 1/4" fender and 5 1/4" JP
PF 27" fender and 5 1/4" JP
DR 28 1/8" fender and 5 1/4" JP
PR 28 1/8 fender and 5 1/4" JP

Your cat was under there also? Tabby or calico?

they use to quote toe backwards in a lot of cases so - actually meant toe in...maybe this is why they went broke? i kid but that's basically stock camber and you run the front at zero toe to .04 in each side. out back i would just run .04 in each side or if they use fractions at your alignment place 1/16th in front and rear. .9 neg camber from and .6 neg camber rear. it's a good setup for common street radials.

you really don't need that much caster though. set it at stock for the z06. bringing caster up as high as they have it is good for high speed stability but slows down low speed maneuvering and driving in traffic. makes the steering feel heavy

up front zero toe will turn in the fastest but .04-.05 in each side will add to high speed stability and improve tracking
