Hurst short throw...

Pretty good feel....tight....maybe too tight (who ever said that!). Also, clearly more road noise...guess that's to be expected. I chose to not cut the rubber insulator and instead it I have it sitting over top the shifter...maybe this is the cause.

Overall, I like it.

My B&M was probably my 4th or 5th, but definitely up there as far as my favorites. Enjoy!

Too tight! It may hurt a little but its something you'll get used to.

Nice. The MGW was my first real mod, along with the trans shift detent (viper mod), did that right after I did the free zip tie intake mod of course.

My car came with the MGW, I put the stock one back on. I couldnt force myself to like it. Which is unfortunate because the c5z has a decent throw but its still a little long. Ill try the c6 shifter next

AmbulanceDriver:

I had the C6 shifter and changed to the MGW. If you are ever going to do any HPDEs, keep the MGW. You will never miss a shift on the track.

It is a big leap from the stock one that's for sure. I really like it though, so much more precise. If mine were a daily I'd probably just go with a c6 shifter though.

I think that's probably the issue I have because I dd my z.

I would have to travel a couple hundred miles before I could participate in any sort of track event so thats kind of out.
