Default Any drawbacks to polyurethane sway bar bushings?

Was thinking of ordering these polyurethane rear sway bar bushings since I have to unbolt the rear sway bar mounts when putting my new exhaust brackets on:

Besides having to regrease every few years to avoid squeaks/noises, are there any drawbacks to polyurethane front or rear sway bar bushings? I assume it won't affect ride quality/harshness the way that going with polyurethane for other suspension bushings would?
