I know this thread is a few months old but I thought I’d see if anyone is selling their 18-in rears. I need to get a couple to put on my C5Z. Thanks

Some time in the future I will receive the F14's I ordered in 19" diameters front and rear on 30 series Michelins. When they are finally on I will post pictures of my car. Contrary to most people's opinions I am getting bright silver glosscoat. Personally I have never seen a black wheel I like. It looks like expensive hubcaps. I agonized over colors for a long time before ordering. Until on my way to work one morning I was passed by a red Ferrari with silver wheels. It looked so good, decision was made. Hopefully not too much longer. Between snow and 0 temps I'm not driving my Vette anytime soon anyway.

I am running 19" front and rear. 9 1/2" wide fronts with 265/3019 tires and 11" wide rears with 305/30-19 rears. Bright silver finish. Michelin Super Sport 4S tires. Phenomenal tires in every way. Best available and worth the price. Fit perfectly too.

Everyone,
I plan on going with a set of F14s on the car in the near future, but I am so torn on what color I want them in. I would like to see anyones pictures with any color possible. If you have wheels close in style to the F14 (TSW Nurburgring or the sort) then post those too to get an idea.
The car in question here... Electron Blue.

For the love of god get away from black wheels...
With all the color options AND the VAST custom powder coating colors black is way too boring. You lose the features of a black wheel within a black tire and a dark fender opening.
For that blue body color with red calipers, I would entertain a factory Anthracite (OEM c5z wheel color) or a couple shades darker. Maybe even a bronze/gold may look sharp.

KITT, where do you have issues with it being tight with this combo? 18x11 CF5's are on my wish list and starting to pay attention to offsets. I want the same offset Front and Rear so I can rotate wheels as they will be my autocross setup with 315/30/18. I don't mind a little poke as long as there is no tire/fender contact under compression.

That said, I'm running pfadt featherlights so the spring rates are higher than factory Z06. It may be possible with a softer rate and while turning, you may rub under dive, I can't speak for that. In my scanario, I can't say there is a better setup that could be chosen, as a compromise of fitment, appearance, function, streetability, etc. Being able to rotate freely is a game changer, as is the front grip and improved chassis balance.
And as a correction to your quote, my wheels are "deep" series, not "super deep". Super Deeps have a straight spoke and very dished, Deeps have a curved inward spoke for caliper clearance and appear much like the C6R/C7R wheel packages do.

They were the bright silver from Forgestar about last year this time. They do change things occasionally. This was also as of the Get Your Wheels vendor site. They actually have a satiny bright look in person, you don't see how good they look in a photo.

At full lock, doing slow turns the tire momentarily rubs the plastic where it meets the front bumper and attaches. Keep in mind this is new tire (so at its largest diameter) and the "rub" is more like a squeak. It hasn't even damaged the plastic. Under hard braking (engaging ABS) in canyon runs (hit lateral over .9g maintaining lane discipline) the car exhibits no contact whatsoever. I used to run the canyons ever 2 wks or so. You leave a margin vs a track day but I feel confident under dive, etc...no rub at all.
