Who drives there Z06 in the rain ?
I was just wondering who actually drove there cars in the rain, or just let it sit in the garage and drive a beater when it rains

I don't enjoy driving the car in the wet. I like the sun out and dry roads so you can go at WOT... :nonod:

If I know it is going to rain, I will leave the Z06 in the garage. Having said that, I have driven it in major rain storms more than once. :cheers:

I was just wondering because i was caught out in the rain and it made me kinda sad :( i was just wanting to be one of those guys who can actually say '' my car has never seen bad weather '' i guess i can just clean it really good :banghead:

Since, I had to give my company truck to one of my employees, mine as been my daily driver. I don't think I could go back. Too much fun rain or shine. It's like driving a sports bike with a roof.

Mine is a daily driver. Rain, Snow, Sleet it's seen it all. And that was just last week. ;) First day it clears up, the car gets a real good bath.

I try to avoid the rain as well, although I've been caught a couple of times and personally I don't think it's fun (on public roads), press on the gas at all and you start to slide around.

My daily driver, it's seen the rain quite a few times, but I don't mind. I love seeing the great wash job when it clears up, makes me feel kinda like I just got a new car everytime I wash it. When it rains, I'm just extra careful and drive slower than normal. :chevy :flag :chevy :flag

My Z06 has been in all types of weather rain or shine.
I never had any problems losing traction I take it you guys never ran on some Goodyear GSC'S in Okinawa Japan where the roads are made out of a mixture coral and cement and it rains on average 88 inches a year....:lolg:
I was stationed in oki for 3 years and I had my old 89 convertible over there that was some very slick driving so you get used to driving in it..
I hope you guys don't really think your car can't handle that type of driving environment if you end up in the rain just drive carefully
