C6 value (quick!)
Saw an ad in the local paper yesterday for an 8k mile silver C6. Asking 33k. Sounds pretty dresperate. Don't know if its auto, stick, salvage yet???? What do these go for used? Not exactly in the budget, but aif its a 6 speed i could learn to unlike my C4 real quick.
What should I look for as far as any C6 issues go? I'd have to jump on this fast.

I'll call him from the jobsite today.. Curious to know the story..
Should everything check out, are there any C6 issue to look out for? Haven't really followed up on any defects with these cars. Thanks!

If it's that price and decent, it was gone 20 minutes after the ad ran. Dealers would have been knocking each other over to get it.
I'm thinking misprint or total bull. If it happens for you though...you are way ahead of the game.

I was thinking possible prank. Back in the day I had a "friend" that would place ads for a Z/28 I used to have every time he'd get p'd at me. Off to work! Keep ya posted

Sounds like all my a-hole friends. We used to just switch everybody's tailgates in the parking lot (Custom GM trucks were very popular at the time)...lots of multi-colored trucks going home.

Well, got ahold of him a few minutes ago: Still has it. He was in a shopping mall with lousy reception. L/M, sent E-mail. See what happens......Hate the Corvette disease! Ialready have it parked in my mind. Supposed to be saving up for a ring....

No word yet..Been working 7 days, haven't had time to follow up. Taking the next few days off. If this guy is for real, I'll pick it up by this weekend. The S.O. wants it
