Default Anyone have delivery issues with Complete Dreams?

First off, this is not intended as a flame, but merely a question of other experiences with these guys.

I ordered once before and it took much longer than promised to receive my order. I should have learned from the first time, because i ordered again and it's been more than two weeks just for stickers that were supposedly available.

Has anyone else had issues getting acceptable delivery of items ordered? They don't hesitate to charge the credit card though!

PM Michael. If he doesn't respond, PM me and I'll forward it to him. He's a good guy and a great sponsor for that goofy quiz that I put on every Monday (OK, not last night....sorry)

Thanks Datawiz. I tried to go to their site from the forum link but it's been suspended?

I'll do a search and try to PM him to get this addressed directly.

thanx

"accidentprone" is his forum name. I'll send him a link to this thread anyways. He, like many others, is a middle man and is often left dealing with the shipping woes of his sources.

I just went to his site as well and got the same thing. Weird! I'll look into it.

If its the domed vinyl lettering, then yes they have been on delay. But we will be getting all orders on backorder out very soon.

Here is the main reason why cards are charged.

1. Upon checkout, our system, our merchant automatically charges the card. Its part of the program.

2. Our business is less then a year old, once we get to a year. We can then choose to manually process cards in batches.

Thanks.

My car cover took a little long to get to me, but Mike always got back to my PMs right away and gave me the tracking number as soon as Coverking shipped it. It was them that delayed my shipment not Mike.

For those with any cover orders, Im not sure if you know this, but they have been moving their facilities the past month, still a couple weeks togo. I can say however, even on their website, they say they are moving and delays will occur.

I really wish I could do more, but Im handcuffed. All we can do is push, push, push!

Thanks everyone!
