Nobody seems to be getting their offsets correct with these wheels.
Those stick out about an inch from the fender, or so it seems, and to me that's just wrong. I'd have the sidewall of the tire FLUSH with the side of the car's body.

Everyone who has seen the car in person, from the dealership to Publix parking lot, has commented on how good it looks! It's a very much more aggresive stance, and the offset of the wheels are perfect IMHO. We did adjust the speedo to the new size as it took the rear ratio from 3.15 to 3.23.
I will post some more pics when we have a nice day to take some!

I could be wrong but it looks to me as if the body would hit the tire on a hard bump or possibly even hard cornering. That wouldn't make a pretty picture.

Wheels
Stayed with the stock Z51 Tires when I switched wheels, do not see any difference between the new tires and my old ones. Mine too stick out a little from the rear....will fix that with the Fender Lip Extensions:

That is how my wheels are too, the rear wheels are about an inch out from the fender.
I'm kind of on the fence with it though, it looks agressive but I'd have liked them to be totally flush with the side of the car.
One suggestion a friend noted was that I could have a machine shop take a small amount of material off the inside hub.
Your Z06 wheels look great!!! I love the fat rear 305's! Looks like a steamroller
