Well you're replacing the mirror completely with that so there are a couple of drawbacks. You'll lose your auto-dimming function and the bluetooth phone functionality will be in the mirror itself and not the stereo, the way it is with the Parrot. You're hacking wires either way, I'd rather hack in a bluetooth to the stereo than replace a mirror.
That looks more like something a manufacturer will release to get OEM attention more than aftermarket.

I've read some more. It doesn't replace the mirror itself, it clips over top of the existing mirror. This could be good or bad from a mounting perspective.
Second, the only wires I would have have to hack are for power. I haven't checked, but most auto-dimming mirrors have a removable plug on the back, from which I could get power without splicing. My car is a lease, so I am hesitant to actually cut into the wiring.
Lastly, although I agree that the radio would put out much better quality for a phone call, I don't like the fact that the phone mutes the radio. I spend an enormous amount of time on the phone, and like to have some music playing in the background. Especially if I'm on a conference call with the phone on mute, no sense in being locked away from my music!
