Default AFTER over 1 year of ownership i have finally found a problem ! :(

After just coming back from a SPIRITED drive.

When I put the car in Competive Driving Mode

The car leaves 6 ft patches of rubber from 1-2 and 2-3 sometimes even from 3-4
I wonder if it is bad tires
I knew i should have not switched to the Michilens

Should I make an appointment with the dealer or just call up GM and Complain!!!!!

I can honestly say that I have been lucky and have not had one issue with my car since its delivery at the corvette museum!

Just driving around in it amazes me the amount of detail and engineering that goes into out car to be able to drive it daily and get ON IT at the drop of a dime and get the power out of it!

I just can’t get the smile off my face every time I drive it!!!!!

Every time I drive it I find myself driving around randomly just trying to find new places to go!

Just figured I would post this for all the people who like to bash the c6 all the time!

You are the lucky one. I now have issues coming back again to haunt me. The extremely annoying relay clicking in the dash is back with a vengeance. I just don't have time to take it in.

It's a common sound in the car, like when you try and start the car without the fob present, but you shouldn't hear it every 3 seconds while you're driving along.

Good on you. I've driven mine for around 15 months and other for the roof making minor stress noise (since replaced with no further issues), my C6 has had no problems whatsoever. I try not to leave rubber on the road but even at a dollar a foot, those spirited drives make it all worthwhile. Not many cars possess the sheer thrill factor of the C6. It's a blast!

You need to learn how to launch the car properly getting all the power to the ground.

Willing to bet extreme volume from the CD player was accompanying the tire loss.

14 months of ownership, no worries
