Default NEW C6 Z06 Style Z51 Cloisonne Emblems

Attached are pictures of our newest Z51 prototype emblems. They are styled similar to the C6 Z06 emblems. The emblems are high polished chrome cloisonne emblems. The available colors will be RED, BLACK, and a CHROME emblem that a purchaser could paint themselves using the touch up paint from the dealer. We have worked with a professional paint representative from DuPont and developed instructions that will be provided with the chrome emblems to aid those wishing to custom paint the Z to match their car's color. Of course, the emblem can be left unpainted as well. The emblems are backed by 3M acrylic foam tape for superior adhesion.

We expect receipt of the final emblems in 4 to 6 weeks. We are taking orders now on a prepurchase basis using the attached order form. Those signing up on the prepurchase basis WILL NOT BE CHARGED until shipment of the emblems. Prepurchasers receive a lower price and free shipping. We also continue to have available our C5 Z06 style Z51 emblems for those that prefer those instead.

The pictures do not do these emblems justice. They are metal, chrome plated and extremely nice. The cloisonne glass Z is flush with the emblem.

Thanks.

If your going to do something, do it good. You nailed it.

Any update on your engine data spec plates?

If I were going to add Z51 emblems, these would be the ones!

Nice, but if they are the prototype, as a potential purchaser, I would make a couple of suggestions.

It is difficult to tell whether that says "Z51" or "Z61" because of the continuation between the round portion of the emblem and the number "5"

Notice how it is distinctly a "5" in my avatar.

And chrome, well I don't know. Any other finish available?

Here OregonC6 I'll save you the trouble: IMO those are not nessasary. The Z51 is not a model.

There now we can all breath easier!

I love them!

Care to share the pre order price? $100 is pretty steep!

Are these officially licensed through GM, or will you be going the way of the many who have come before you?

Yeah, so you must mean like with integrated YAG laser installed, since your own pics seem to have the power of the sun burning that Z-51 into everyone's cornea

Check our website and you'll note our official licensed status as a GM Reproduction Parts Licensee and an Officially Licensed Product licensee.

I believe that a YAG laser has more of a greenish color to it doesn't it?

DSOM's are a little nicer. But I do like chrome.
