Status Of My C6 Order?
Hi all. I ordered my 07 C6 a few weeks ago and apparently it is scheduled for production this week. OK, so what does that mean and is there any way I can personally track it's progress? I'm going with a dealer out of my immediate area, and getting invoice, so there seems to not be alot of motivation for the dealer to initiate order status communication with me. That said, when prompted, they do provide the info but I was hoping that there may be some sort of GM website where I can go to track my order. And if so, does it require a VIN first? Thanks

No, there's not a website where you can go to track it. If they have your VIN or order number, anyone who has access to the GM system can tell you the status. Usually, they would use your order number, since VIN is not assigned until right before it goes into production.

Status of my C6 order
I was told my '06 was scheduled for production november of last year but it wasn't done fro about 4 more weeks. But the wait was well worth it because i picked it up at the f actory and that was incredible!

If you get your order # from your dealership you should be able to contact Chevrolet Customer Assistance at 1-800-222-1020 and they can look up your order and give you a status update.
