Default C6 Lug nut torque

I looked in the book, But could nut find the number.

Does anyone know what the correct ft/lbs should be?

This is not the place for guessing.....but I'm guessing 110 ft/lbs??

It is on page 5-101 in the 2006 Owners Manual (under Capacities and Specifications):

Wheel Nut Torque..................100 lb ft

100 foot pounds or 1200 inch pounds. If anyone has a torque wrench tthat goes to 1200 inch pounds, get rid of it!!!

In metric, it is actually 140 Nm (newton meter). Actual conversion would be 135.6 Nm, but the owners manual says 140 Nm.

100 or if you do not have a torque wrench it is until you grunt twice.

100, again.

Be sure to retorque at about 50 miles and every 200 miles thereafter, until you get to where they don't move during the retorque. For some reason 'vette wheels seem to loosen up a lot after being installed. Couldn't be the way we drive...
