And it will be even more of a microscopic difference if Ed uses his convertible over a targo top. hehe

As I have said before, it doesn't matter if you win by an inch or by a mile. Winning is winning. The first one across the line wins, which, of course, would be me.

You would get a good look at my license plate, though: YOU LUZE

You seem pretty uneducated by not being able to spell the word "LOSE". You are probably also unaware of drafting or slipstreaming. I would draft behind you and BOOM start pulling on your LS3.

Kind of hard to draft in the 1/4 mile when you're in separate lanes.

FYI, on a custom plate, only one of each specific letter combination is allowed. YOU LOSE was already taken, but then, you probably already knew that, and are just reaching for things to use to try and distract from the fact that your LS2 is slower than my LS3 since there is no arguing that fact.

I bet the "YOU LOSE" license plate was taken by an LS2 guy. Looks like that LS2 guy beat you to that plate (aka the finish line). Everyday you wake up you feel sad knowing that your plate is incorrect, sounds weird, looks weird, and all this shows that you're uneducated. If you are gonna brag about your LS3 at least do it with an educated mind.

Definitely faster than Ed's, I see some "white" in his vette picture.

Then you're more color-blind than I am. Even I can see they're not white.

Also, they're racing stripes. They make me faster, and the Victory Red paint guarantees the win.

trying to understand the significance of these times, as they are LS2 only. I do see that they show that the manual is quicker. Was the OP only interested in LS2 comparisons?

Yes I believe only LS2 was the target. But then again I'm sure LS3 data will come up with Corvette Ed on here. He loves to justify why he got something with such a low compression ratio.

Your LS3 envy has become a joke. Even Homie is sick of it. No matter how you try to justify it, the LS3 is faster than the LS2. Period. End of story.

....By only one car length. Your justification was spending the extra money for it...so be it. My justification for wanting the LS2 was the higher compression ratio and saving my money.

And your point is? One car length will win any race.

(Spending more money) why didn't you get the LS7? Wayyy better engine than your LS3.

What are your plans with all that extra compression?

An octane tune on an LS2 will be more beneficial than an octane tune on an LS3 due to the increased compression ratio of the LS2 over the LS3.

Will it make up that "one car length" difference?
