Great Info. & "Thank's" for the detailed write-up...
I have one question, which is, did you pre-paint the rear panels before installing them, or did you paint them after installing ? After reading thru your write-up, it left me thinking I might could make this a DIY job, and only have to farm out the actual painting of the ZO6 panels ? Thank's....

Like I said before. Bill has done a fantastic job in helping out the other forum members with their projects.
Once again, there are many people on the forum who give alot of their time to others by taking that extra step.
Without mentioning all of them, we forum members appreciate you all!

Did you load your pics on a different thread? I am curious about this project but have a vert not a coupe and will likely have to buy Caravaggio rear quarters. Also, I can put your entire presentation into a Adobe PDF document if you can provide the source files. Currently, I have to print the entire thread contents since copy/paste into Word doesn't render the .TIFF image files properly.

It doesn't get any better than this Brothers!
Gents....I truly hope yall appreciate what Bill has laid out for you here. I for one did not have the luxury of using this information just a few months ago when I was floundering to compile the complete and comprehensive list of parts required to pull-off this major body conversion. That is a whole conversation in itself.
Now Bill has placed it right in your lap. Generously served it straight-up to the forum along with every freakin part number and step-by-step instructions on how to install them yourself! He also posted a chronology of excellent photos (in another thread).
It goes without saying that he is certainly not the first to complete a Widebody conversion, but "he is" the first to capture and share this level of inside knowledge with the Corvette Community!
Bill.....personally my hat is off to you Sir. You are what this type is internet portal is all about.
A real Corvette Forum Asset!
