Default [pics] Another Supervette in the making.....

I know how everyone like pictures here

After quite some time my SS-Vette parts finally arrived and the car is now in the body shop to get the makeover. Yesterday it was taken apart, today the ZR8X panels under went a test fit. It is a strange feeling when you see your car being taken apart, but in the end the result counts .

It lookes really unproportional right now because a) the wheels are Z06 size and the fenders stick even more out when they are unpainted. I know that this is either a love or hate look, so fire away

On Monday we are going to mount the new wheels that will fill out the front and back fender to the edge.

I'll take more pictures as I go along....

Does look funny. Do those new fenders come with matching splash guards?

Anyway, going to be .

Is the car being built for the track? If so, what kind of racing are you anticipating?

The car was tracked and I will track it again (it has coil overs and stuff), but it is not a track purpose only built car. I enjoy driving and showing it.

So a track/show/fun driver? There are a lot of worse ways to spend one's time/money. Have a blast!

No offense, but I think I like it better the way it was.

By the way, love the color of your car and the stripe work. Very nice.

Are you going to get wider wheels for the rear?

I assume your going for dually rear wheels to fill in those flared rear fenders. I've never seen a Corvette tow truck, but am looking forward to seeing the final product.

The appearance in this picture is the car is lowered and wider wheels wont fit but it will be interesting to see the outcome. I'll keep watchin.

Bar none that is the best looking exhaust setup for these cars.

Should look great with appropriate wheels on it.

It will look totally different when your finished. I did mine and was a lot of fun. You'll need new wheels and will be amazed how much more road feel you'll have.

You can PM me if you need any help
