Exhaust question, why is paddle shift different?
I am looking at getting exhuast on my C6 / A6 with paddle shift,
What do i need to look for?

Paddles have nothing to do with it. It is the cruise RPM that matters with respect to exhaust drone. Highway cruise RPM for the autos is in the drone range for several of the aftermarket exhausts. With the manuals you can shift around it. You can do that with the paddles too, but then you're forced to drive with the paddles, the tranny won't go back into auto after you've hit a paddle until you shift back to drive. Then it is back in the drone range. So if you bought the automatic to use it as an automatic, you won't be happy with several of the aftermarket exhaust choices.

Im glad I asked.
My truck is a 2500HD with the 8.1 lt 496, I have a set of flowmaster 40series, when pulling a load the interior drone is so bad you cannot hear yourself talk!
