Does Your C6 Do This?
I have an 05 MN6 1SA (base radio). When I start the car, the radio sounds like it turns on for a second and then turns off. I always turn off the radio before shutting down the car.

If I am in the car with the door closed, the car off, the lights on, and the radio off - all is quiet. If I open the door I hear the radio power up - I can tell by the horrible hissing sound - and then the ding ding ding. I can't wait to get my new Kenwood NAV installed.

I have an 06 A6. Sometimes when I start the car with the radio off, I hear a brief static like sound coming from the speakers. Someone else posted this question a while ago. I think it's a normal. There's a lot of electronic equipment coming to life when you start your car. Has your cell phone ever transmitted a sound through your radio when it rings in your car?
