He started it and lost control of it. They should have stayed above board and let him try to buy his business back as contractually agreed to. If he gets it back we should all support him. He is the original Corvette after market mod source and was ahead of the curve when he started in 1961 doing C1 cars. It is cool that he won.

$27,500,000. Ouch!
Should have played fair.

Of course, that was when Ralph was in control. Leave it to corporate America to screw up yet another good thing.
Trust me. Being Lynn Eckler's brother and seeing this suit go through makes me sick. When you say 'back in the day" that was when my sis was alive partnering with Ralph to make this the best Corvette parts place ever. My sis cared about good customer service and cared about the Eckler name. Ralph is nothing but a pompous, self serving pr*ck in my opinion who made his own bed. But as they say, the rich get richer.

While their prices are on the higher end, I have always been well taken care by them.

Far be it from me to debate family politics to which I'm not privy, but I was certainly one of many satisfied customers, tho I wasn't aware that Lynn was the real driving force behind the solid rep Eckler's had.

Ecklers has screwed up 4 out of 5 items I have ordered in the past 2 years.. They really suck... Very typical when the original owner sells to a large independent company.. Customer service seems to be lost/unorganized when I dealt with my order issues.. I ordered Ceramic Brake pads and they sent me semi-metallic pads instead.. WTF? The gal in customer service told me that the Ceramics were on back-order... So they sent squealing semi metalic pads instead... Which also were a lot less expensive... I quit doing business with them after that.. They did credit my Visa and told me to keep the cheap metallic pads... Un freaking real

Eckler's also sells Camaro parts. Matter of fact they just bought Rick's First Generation Camaro Parts business.

Took me 4 requests just to get a catalog. Now that I got it, I don't think I'll be using it.

Default Wow!

I wish I knew all of this before I started buying anything from Eckler's. I just realized tonight that the Trico blades I got for my 66 Vette don't fit and they look like fake knockoffs. I am also have problems with them on parts for my sons 69 Chevelle. The sent wheel cylinders for a 67 Camero. They don't fit a 69 Chevelle SS with front disc as the rear drums then came with a 15+ mm size cylinders. They gave me a bunch of BS about sending a call tag for them. I have other parts that we haven't received yet as well as some we received but haven't had a chance to try on the car. I sure hope I don't have a future nightmare on my hands.

Well, with a thread almost a decade old, Eckler's might not be under the same management. So, maybe you'll luck out.

Don't know what car company makes a Camero.
