John Wayne Would Be Proud!
Pure USA
Trip to Monument Valley... Photos didn't come out as hoped, but you get the idea.
Mine is the VY with fellow SCC'ers Walter (Fellows) and Jim... Pagosa Springs after Monument Valley.
Heck of a trip!

Seems kinda weird with a road right down the middle of it. I've seen a lot of John Ford westerns that were shot there.
Good pictures - looks like you had way too much fun.
Gregg.

Took this over my shoulder, so a little blurred. Leaving Creed, CO. By the way the reason I'm in front of the Ron Fellows is that we all know that VY is the fastest color!
Actually, the only thing I could claim over the Z was slightly better gas mileage coming home.

You have the ability to research, but do your homework!

I think you need to check your facts. Lot more too it than your bubble bursting comment. He requested to be enlisted to John Ford's unit, but the studio intervened. He was also at the edge of enlistment age at 34. I won't go further. You have the ability to research, but do your homework!
Thank you . . . John Wayne was a patriot. His blood was red, white, and blue.
